WHO GUESSED IT RIGHT?

Our residents got quite a treat at The Walford on The Hill today for our Cabane a Sucre Day! Starting the day we had Brittany Cruise selling her amazing maple products as well as donating maple cones and syrup for the occasion. We had an amazing lunch prepared by our cooks following the famous Pudding Chomeur. The afternoon was taken over by Mr. Faron Young who graciously volunteered to talk about the making of maple syrup the old fashion way. The residents got to try Sap and also syrup after it’s been boiled. He also treated us with some maple cake and taffy. What a treat!!!!
