A great video showcasing some positive tension releases; slow blinking, licking and chewing and yawning.

This lovely mare has been struggling with her feet.
Problems with the hooves can easily affect all other structures in a horse’s body.

I started with some flexion and a hoof adjustment. You can see an immediate release of tension through licking and chewing. Finished with a scapular stretch to allow the rest of the limb to relax. A big yawn is always a great sign of tension release!! ☺️⭐️
