My name is Cristian, I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I offer counselling in Vaughan, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Toronto and the GTA under clinical supervision. I hold a Master of Social Work and I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through Wilfrid Laurier University. I also incorporate Inference Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VERT) and other psychotherapy modalities. My work is dedicated to helping children, youth and adults reduce symptoms of OCD, ADHD, ASD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and more using an integrative approach that intertwines psychodynamic and evidence-based treatments, while remaining mindful to incorporate multicultural considerations into treatment.
