Fasting isn’t always the answer…and for many, it’s not even the starting point.

📣 Before removing meals or extending time without food, the focus should be on how you’re fueling your body when you do eat. The quality of your meals, how your body responds to certain foods, and identifying what may be triggering symptoms like bloating, fatigue, or inflammation, that’s where the real work begins!

When you start paying attention to how your body feels after eating, patterns begin to show. And once you understand what supports you and what doesn’t, everything else becomes clearer and more sustainable.

You can absolutely enjoy pasta and feel good afterward. When you choose nourishing ingredients and build a balanced plate, pasta becomes part of a healthy lifestyle, not something to avoid.

🍝 I often choose chickpea or black bean pasta. They’re naturally gluten-free, higher in fiber, and contain plant-based protein to help keep you fuller longer.
