After you make your own tortillas at home, you won’t want to buy store-bought again! 🌯 Fresh, quick, and nourishing!

Here’s an easy recipe to get you started:

Ingredients :
• 2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
• ¾ cup warm water (add slowly, you may need a bit more or less)
• ½ tsp baking powder (optional, for softer wraps)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add olive oil and warm water gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead on a floured surface for 5–6 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Divide into 6–8 balls, cover, and let rest 20 minutes.
5. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high (no oil needed). Cook each wrap for approx 1 minute per side until bubbles form and light golden spots appear.

A simple cup with powerful purpose. 🍃
Peppermint tea isn’t just soothing, it’s therapeutic, especially for those struggling with IBS and chronic bloating or gas.

Peppermint contains natural compounds like menthol that relax the muscles of the digestive tract. This can ease abdominal cramps, reduce bloating, and support smoother digestion making it a gentle, go-to remedy for gut discomfort.

🫖 Enjoy it 20–30 minutes after meals to help calm the digestive system and reduce post-meal bloating or gas.

🍃 Steep 1 tbsp peppermint leaves in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Sip slowly and mindfully, preferably without added sweeteners.

Healing doesn’t need to be complicated, it can start with a single, intentional cup.

Movement should never feel like punishment. It’s not about undoing what you ate—it’s about honouring what your body can do.

When you shift your mindset from “I have to work out” to “I get to move,” everything changes.
You move with gratitude, not guilt. You fuel your body to support your energy, not to shrink it. And you begin to trust the process, one step at a time.
