You may recognize that something in your life is not aligned with your hopes and dreams. You may feel stuck and are struggling - you don't need to do this alone! You may be experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, stress, trauma, ineffective or damaging coping mechanisms such as substance misuse and other addictions, life-cycle crises such as divorce, empty nest, infertility, and marriage and/or parenting difficulties. Together we can uncover and understand the root causes that influence your circumstances and explore options for managing your presenting issues. My client-centred and strength-based approach allow clients to take the lead on their therapeutic journey and empower themselves with tools they already possess. This entails an eclectic approach to talk therapy tailored to each individual. Attachment theory, CBT, REBT, and Narrative therapy are some of the therapeutic modalities I apply. I can be that someone who empathetically listens to you in a non-judgmental caring manner. I will be your listening ear that you trust will be confidential and competent to help you. Together we can discover ways to successfully navigate the areas of your life with which you are struggling and achieve what you set out to accomplish. I believe in you!
