I am a Naturopathic Medical Intern entering in my final year of the 4-year post-graduate Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I see patients as a primary intern under the supervision of a licensed Naturopathic Doctor at both the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC) and the Brampton Civic Hospital. I was also accepted to and work wit

h patients on the Adjunctive Cancer Care specialty shift at the RSNC.

Prior to Naturopathic Medical school, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Sexuality Studies.

I have a special interest in hormonal imbalances, reproductive health, digestive health, and integrative cancer care for patients undergoing cancer treatment or at risk. Schedule (as a Naturopathic Medical Intern under the supervision of a licensed Naturopathic Doctor):

PROGESTERONE✨ - This hormone doesn’t get as much hype as some of our other hormones (hi Estrogen👋🏻), but when it comes to overall health and fertility, Progesterone is a pretty big deal.⠀⁠

Progesterone is essential to regulate cycles, improve mood and balance out the effects of estrogen, but it’s most important job is to help ⁠promote and maintain a healthy pregnancy.⠀⁠

Fun fact: those cute little Feverfew daisies - also known as Tanacetum Parthenium - have been shown in research, when taken in supplemental form, to likely be effective in the prevention of migraines 💐 (of course I had to include something Naturopathic in on our wedding day so I snuck a few of those in my bouquet😉)
