We’re thrilled to welcome a new member to our growing team, Sean Hollingsworth. With this addition, Palmer Wellness & Rehab is now proud to offer Social Work services!
Sean is a dedicated and highly experienced social worker registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers, bringing over a decade of expertise in the field of acquired brain injury (ABI) rehabilitation and community facilitation. With a strong foundation in interdisciplinary team collaboration, Sean has worked alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other clinicians to deliver holistic and person-centered care.
Throughout his career, Sean has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing quality of life and independence for individuals with complex needs by leading therapeutic, skill-building, harm reduction and community reintegration programs. Known for his excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, Sean has also played a significant role in mentoring students and contributing to sector-wide initiatives—such as presenting at the Toronto ABI Network Conference and serving on the Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit (ACAT) with the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).
With personal interests rooted in social justice, civic action, fitness and wellness, Sean brings both compassion and strategic vision to his work. His strengths lie in bridging clinical knowledge with community engagement to foster dignity, connection and empowerment for individuals living with brain injury.
We are excited to welcome Sean to our team as part of our commitment to providing holistic and compassionate care.
