Every day, you do more than cook — you care, you nurture, and you remind us all what love tastes like.

Someone recently left a note in the kitchen that said:
“I just wanted to thank you for saving my life and giving me a new one. I am going back to school and would not have done it without you.”

This says it all. Your food nourishes bodies, but your presence changes lives.

We’re incredibly grateful to Gerry and Laurie Lawlor for hosting Keiran’s Memorial Golf Tournament on Tuesday, August 6th, and generously donating the proceeds to Vitanova.

It was a powerful day of remembrance, connection, and community. Our Executive Director Cindy Cepparo, Vitanova staff, and an inspiring alumni guest speaker were honoured to be part of this meaningful event.
