The core values of Your Story have remained the same since the beginning: supporting those that are feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about how to make the first step in their journey towards positive change and well-being. My team and I believe that therapy should be a collaborative effort between all those involved. We maintain an inviting and non-judgmental space for all that celebrates and respects all identities, races, genders, abilities, cultures, and/or sexual orientations.

Each clinician on the Your Story Counselling team offers their own unique blend of expert training and modality alongside with the lessons and knowledge they have gained in their own lived experiences and struggles to provide the best competent and supportive care. We believe that each story is different and strive to work collaboratively and alongside you to help you find the best possible strategies and tools to better your life.
