Johnson Staffing Solutions is a healthcare staffing agency supporting hospitals, long-term care homes, and community organizations across Ontario. We provide qualified professionals including PSWs, RNs, RPNs, CYWs, and DSWs to ensure high-quality care and operational support.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Staffing Sales Representative to drive business growth through client outreach and relationship building. This role focuses on connecting with healthcare organizations and securing new staffing partnerships.
Training will be provided, and you will be part of a supportive and friendly team environment that encourages growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Reach out to healthcare facilities across Ontario
-Identify staffing needs and present our services
-Engage with decision-makers (HR, administrators, managers)
-Schedule meetings and follow up on leads
-Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
-Complete a high volume of daily outreach (approximately 100 calls per day)
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Confidence in client engagement and outreach
-Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-Sales or customer service experience is an asset
-Interest in healthcare staffing is preferred
Compensation.
