ME: What brings you in today?
HER: I feel heavy, tired and depressed past few days.
ME: Which picture describes how you feel when you are feeling tired and heavy?
HER: This one.
ME: Describe what is in the picture to someone who didn't see it.
HER: Its dark, foggy, miserable weather. There is a long road. You don't know where the end is on the road.
ME: Anything else?
HER: No people, animals or cars. There is a tree, electrical wires.
ME: Anything else?
HER: No
ME: How does the picture make you feel?
HER: Low
ME: Ill read back to you your description of this picture and meanwhile think metaphorically if it connects to a situation in your life.
HER: Sounds like my job.
ME: what colors are in the picture?
HER: Greys, blacks and a bit of green from grass.
ME: Would you like to know what color I see in picture?
HER: Sure.
ME: I see a bright yellow line in the centre.
HER: Oh wow, I see it now too:) I was staring at the picture the whole time and didn't see it.
ME: Lets add GB 37 to your treatment. Its name is bright and clear.
On a physical level it benefits the eyes, dispels wind, relieves pain, especially in breast and lower extremities.
On a apirit level the gall bladder is known as the official of decision making. From deciding what to wear in the morning to the internal decisions of how to grow back a cut nail, to how we present our ideas logically, to feeling that things are at the right place at the right time. When we see with brightness and clarity, we know exactly which way to go. With clarity of vision, there is always a most appropriate way that is obvious. This point is used to dispel fog, darkness, indecision at any level to better serve your spirit.
HER: ok, let's go for it, I find it difficult to make decisions.
ME: And tomorrow you'll consciously look for the color yellow to appear ๐
