Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy I believe most things can be treated through manual therapy in deep and meaningful ways.

Pain is an opportunity for change, and finding the right treatment can change your health permanently. Since 2005, I have run a private practice treating clients as young as newborns to seniors. I am passionate about bringing healing to my patients and when I’m not spending time with my husband and two sons, I am dedicating myself to expanding my education to better understand my client’s needs an

d best methods of treatment. Presently, I am a student at the National Academy of Osteopathy and am working towards my thesis in fertility. I currently specialize in treating concussions using Craniosacral Therapy at Inklein Health Klinic in Vaughan. My enthusiasm for learning has led me to over 12 years of study in Osteopathic Manual Techniques, carrying certificates from Upledger Institute and the Barral Institute, a Bachelor with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and a Certification in Athletic Therapy. These manual techniques treat the whole body to remove pain, improve overall wellness and remove restriction in various forms and in all areas of the body increasing mobilty, correcting alignment and restoring health. I want my clients to understand that blockages or restrictions can come in all forms: they can be physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual. It is because of these blockages that we have a hard time feeling our best and staying healthy and happy.

Rituals and symbols aren’t just about tradition — they’re gateways to a deeper connection. Connection to ourselves, to others, to the Earth, and to the Divine. When we visit places in a scared and connected way, we can start to be witness to Oneness — everywhere 🙏🏼 And you can't help but feel that maybe we’re not discovering something new, but remembering something we’re returning to.

It doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect. Just honor the moment — with an intention, a prayer, gratitude, or pure love. Especially when we’re traveling, this simple act begins to shift us and move us forward ✨️❤️

Let your life become the ritual 😄

This Summer Solstice, I purposely chose to be in Kyoto—a place that invites stillness, presence, and reverence. Surrounded by temples and tranquil gardens, I felt deeply grounded and connected.
I always try to mark this day with something meaningful. By rituals, spiritual practice and being in nature. The solstice is a powerful time for spiritual reflection—a celebration of light, growth, clarity, expansion, and strength.
As the sun reaches its peak, it's also a reminder to make mindful decisions about where and how we want to show up in the world.
Kyoto gave me space to set intentions with purpose and heart for myself and the world. I’m leaving this moment more aligned, more aware, and open to what’s next.

Travel always brings shifts — a different rhythm, a clearer lens.
Japan reminded me how much ease there is in flow, and how purpose grows in quiet moments.
Joy doesn’t need to be loud.

The office will be closed during that time, but don’t worry—I’ll be back soon enough ready to give you the care you deserve 💆‍♀️💖

I'm available to chat if you need me 🥰
