Tried the new ZO growth factor formulation today.

What stood out to me wasn’t just the ingredient list, but the direction skincare technology is moving toward. Many of the signaling molecules we commonly associate with PRP and regenerative medicine are now appearing in topical formulations through biomimetic technology.

The texture also changed noticeably compared to the older version:
more barrier-like, slightly more silicone slip, and a softer floral scent.

Part of the reason I love ZO Skin Health is how they make a targeted product to tackle a problem from multiple angles. I couldn’t believe my eyes seeing how much improvement there is for the frown lines - this will be great for people who could no longer use Botox. 👏🏻 Another great launch

Attended GAIN Galderma and left with a lot to reflect on.

One of the standout talks was on Sculptra for post-weight loss patients using GLP-1 medications—especially the emerging perspective on maintaining facial fat health, not just replacing volume.

What resonated most was the emphasis on restraint. Knowing when not to inject is just as important as technique.

Also appreciated Dr. Andreas Nikolis’s approach to patients who have outgrown filler-only treatments—it’s a shift many of us are starting to see clinically.

And as always, there’s something invaluable about meeting seasoned injectors like Oriol Rhode—experience really does shape judgment in this field.
