Enjoy joy the gentle practice of Yin Yoga infused with mindfulness instruction. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for 2 -5 minutes in a relaxed manner. Yin Yoga targets bones, joints and connective tissues. Through regular practice, flexibility and range of motion are improved. This practice is very meditative in its style and will provide a restful pause to benefit your day.
