FYI - Thanks to ATCO's planned power outage Thursday morning November 20th from 7am-11am, JJ's Pharmacy has a planned sleep in day that same day. It is impossible to operate a pharmacy with no power so we will be opening at 11am Thursday, phones won't work without power as well in case you immediately get voicemail.

Doing Movember again, always remembering my late father in law, this year dedicating fundraising to Mr.Trach that just got some devastating news! Joining Uncle Alex's team again. If you have $1 or $2 or $5 I have a collection bowl at the pharmacy, anything more, donate online for an official tax receipt. Like every year JJ's Pharmacy will match any donations!

Nothing has really changed with the pharmacy, just a bit of a refreshed exterior and we changed our wholesaler for inventory purchases. A big benefit is that our orders now arrive first thing in the morning so things we might not have in stock come really fast!!! Still get compounded medications next day to. Same phone/fax and faces in the pharmacy :)

We have got quite a few questions about COVID and Influenza booster shots. There has been no communication about an additional flu shot being made available even though we are seeing outbreaks in quite a few care facilities. AHS has just communicated that COVID boosters will be available starting April 28, 2025 for anyone 65 years old or older unless living in a care facility. No appointments will be necessary as we always just do walk-ins
