Our residents showed off their aim, their teamwork, and a little friendly competition during a fun game of bean bag toss. From near-misses to bullseyes, every throw brought smiles and cheers!

We had a great crowd join us for our United Church Service, filled with gospel singing, prayer, and fellowship.
Thank you to Reverend Laureta, along with Antoinette and Lisa, for sharing music, faith, and fellowship with our residents. 🎶✨

The United Church is just one of the many local churches that generously provide services for our residents, and we are grateful for their continued support.

Today we baked Monster Oatmeal M&M Bars, and while the treats were delicious, the best part wasn’t the chocolate. It was the joy on our residents’ faces as they rediscovered their love of baking.

So many shared that they “used to be bakers.” And I truly believe once a baker, always a baker. 💛

The careful measuring, the sharing of tips and tricks and of course a little taste testing made for a wonderful afternoon together!

Congratulations to Marion, the winner of our candy counting game! 🍬

With a guess of 660, she was the closest to the correct answer of 673. We had many close guesses, which made it extra fun and exciting right to the end.

We started celebrating Valentine’s Day a little early at the Manor with a cozy afternoon social. Residents enjoyed treats and refreshments while putting their minds to work with a fun word game. Plenty of smiles, laughter, and good company made it a lovely way to spend time together and get into the Valentine’s spirit. ❤️
