Today we baked Monster Oatmeal M&M Bars, and while the treats were delicious, the best part wasn’t the chocolate. It was the joy on our residents’ faces as they rediscovered their love of baking.

So many shared that they “used to be bakers.” And I truly believe once a baker, always a baker. 💛

Beautiful weather outside has us dreaming of the golf course ☀️⛳

But today we brought the game indoors and enjoyed every moment together.
The room was filled with laughter, friendship, and plenty of cheering one another on.

Our oldest golfer was an incredible 101 years young, a wonderful reminder that it’s never too late to keep moving and having fun.

This afternoon was all about fun and friendly competition with a game of Bean Bag Bucketz!

Residents enjoyed the challenge of aiming, tossing, and cheering each other on, all while staying active and engaged. Games like this are a wonderful way to encourage movement, coordination, and social connection, and the smiles around the room said it all.

Today our residents truly shared and shined!

Beautiful handmade treasures were proudly displayed—intricate cross-stitch, delicate petit point, cozy crochet, and cherished family mementos passed down through generations.

Stories flowed about family homesteads where children were raised and gardens lovingly grown 🌱, and about beloved family pets who brought endless joy and memories 🐾.

Every item held a story. Every story held pride.
