We partnered with Cheryl’s Lil Sweat Shop this summer, was so much fun and doesn’t take a ton of time…a great way to get into the community, holiday spirit!!!

The Economic Development Committee is seeking your help! We are looking for volunteers to assist with decorating our municipal mascot, Bigfoot, for the upcoming holiday season. Life doesn't happen TO you, it just happens and then you respond to what happens. Your attitude when you respond can make all the difference in your happiness and desire to learn and grow.

For example, you will never learn how to be brave, unless you feel fear. You will never learn what not to do, if you never make mistakes. You will never reach your dreams, unless you learn how to overcome failure.

Learning how to look at obstacles, set backs and problems as opportunities instead of punishments is the key to loving life! It’s the purpose of the journey. Life becomes a whole lot easier when you recognize this and look for the lessons.
