Life can get busy and it’s easy to get wrapped up in it all. Take a moment and re-assess - what are you busy doing? How do you feel? Recognize that it’s ok to go about life at a different pace. Try to enjoy the moments where you have slowed down, get comfortable doing less, sit with your thoughts.

We all need connection. Make it meaningful, put in the work. Meaningful friendships are vital for our mental health and frankly, our survival. We need others to celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship too.
Reach out to someone important today, make plans, reconnect.

The teaching was that it’s “You and Spirt” working together.
As if Spirt was still extrinsic.
Something else besides You.

You are Spirt.
You are the light that shines.
There is only one.

It’s the spirit in me healing the spirit in you.
It’s the One helping itself get back to Self.
It’s Sprit healing Spirit.

God and Self are the same thing.
Prayer requires you to sit in silence with your eyes closed, as you go within.
So does a conversation with yourself.
It’s one, you’re one.
It’s the relationship between two minds that creates your miracle.
How you see yourself is how you see God.
