From Heartbreak to Healing – One Step at a Time

1st Annual Infant & Pregnancy Loss Memorial & Awareness Walk + Run, hosted by The Kayde Foundation.

Taking place this Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Vermilion Provincial Park – Across from Train Station

Join for a day of remembrance, healing, and community support as we raise awareness for families affected by the loss of a baby or child. This event is open to anyone, whether you have personally experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant or child loss, TFMR, or infertility, or simply want to support those who have.

Come walk with us as we remember, honor, and heal... together.

The event is free, with an option to add a donation to The Kayde Foundation.

Meet our newest staff member: Doja!
At just 11 weeks old, this little Shiba Inu is officially in training... though her current areas of expertise include:
- Snoozing on the job
- Looking unbearably cute
- Stealing hearts
She’s still getting used to all the new faces around here, so please be patient while she learns her “welcome committee” duties.
We can already tell she’s going to be the sweetest addition to our team.

🌈🐾 Today our community says goodbye to Dancer, the beloved companion of Jimmy Cryderman. She brought so much love, joy, and loyalty through the years, and now she has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

As harvest time quickly approaches, and in some areas is already underway, we are reminded of the importance of patience and respect on the road.

Large farm equipment will be more common in our communities over the next several weeks. These machines are essential for bringing in the year’s crops, but they move slowly and take up more space on the roadway.

We encourage everyone to:
- Allow extra time for travel.
- Be patient when following or passing equipment.
- Give operators the space they need to maneuver safely.

Remember that behind every machine is a farmer working long hours to feed us all.

Let’s work together to keep our roads safe and to show respect for the vital work being done in our fields this harvest season.
