In support of Forever Home Sanctuary

Angie Ioakimidou is a local-to-Vernon angel and we are so excited to host an event that will help raise funds for her beautiful farm animals! Every dime will go to her cause so come join us on November 15. Members and non-members of OYF Vernon welcome.

Special thanks to our gracious and animal-loving instructor, Dr. Steph Beveridge, who is donating her time for this special event.

📅 Saturday, November 15
⏰ Arrive 3:30 pm (refreshments + snacks)
🔥 Class 4:00 pm | 75 minutes

✨ HIIT workout followed by deep stretch by candlelight
🥤 Pre-workout snacks & refreshments
💜 All fitness levels welcome
