We are offering 2 Spring Break experiences on the farm this year. See below for details.

Our diverse programs include yoga, mindfulness, journaling, equine-assisted learning, art and creative exploration, walking meditations, grounding exercises, and connecting with farm animals.

These full-day sessions offer a variety of opportunities that invite participants to connect deeper with themselves, others, the animals, and nature while exploring the farm.

Join us for an evening of release, renewal & rebalance, in the beautiful healing space of Tidal Elements Healing Arts Studio and supported by the energies of the Full Moon. Shawn of New Earth Healing Center will be leading us through a Sound Journey while Kara of Unity Elementals (page link 👆🏼) will be leading us through a meditation and giving 1 on 1 Reiki to each person. The combination of Sound, Reiki & intention will make for a beautiful evening of release under the full moon, making more room for light, more room for who we truly are, who we truly came here to be. “The rise is the feminine within us all will heal the world” (unknown)

It’s not a gender thing or a s*x thing or even a feminist thing, really. We all have feminine and masculine energy within us. These energies desire to be in balance and when they are out of sync other things fall out of rhythm as well.

Understanding the aspects of masculine and feminine energy can be helpful in creating personal awareness around the balance within your own being.

Now I’m going to make it about women…

because it’s International Women’s Day today!

Today we celebrate our collective gifts and purpose of the feminine.

We remember our collective traumas and wounds.

We stand together as one essence that the world desperately needs more of.

Regardless of who you are, we can all honour global divine feminine energy today by tapping into ourselves and inviting out those aspects that we may or may not be repressing.

The divine feminine is soft, intuitive, nurturing, wild and unbridled, while also encompassing calm and stillness. I invite you to embrace your inner feminine energy and welcome it back with an open heart.

We need it so we can heal.
We need it so we can love.
We need it so we can survive.
