✨ Support, Balance & Restore Your Skin’s Natural Radiance ✨
Discover the transformative power of facials that go beyond the surface—designed to support your lymphatic system and unlock your skin’s innate vitality.

Using my own handcrafted, plant-rich skincare, each treatment is tailored to your unique needs and includes a custom mask made with fresh, seasonal herbs. These natural ingredients work in harmony with your skin to nurture, replenish, and restore.

My journey began over 20 years ago, when I trained as a Dr. Hauschka esthetician in the UK in 2003. Rooted in the holistic principles of Elisabeth Sigmund and Dr. Emil Vodder, my work is grounded in a deep respect for the body’s rhythms—especially the often-overlooked lymphatic system.

🌀 The lymphatic system plays a vital role in skin health—clearing waste, reducing puffiness, and supporting the body’s natural detox pathways. But it’s a delicate system. Even subtle pressure can disrupt its flow, pushing waste back into tissues and leading to dullness, congestion, or breakouts.

That’s why I use light, rhythmic movements—rolling, wave-like strokes, and gentle brushwork—to encourage healthy lymphatic flow. This helps clear blockages, drain excess fluid, and create space in the tissues for fresh nutrients and oxygen to circulate. The result? Skin that looks brighter, calmer, and more radiant.

This is skincare rooted in presence, intention, and care—not quick fixes. It’s a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.

🌿 Ready to experience the difference? Let’s work together to support your skin from the inside out.

🌙 Struggling with Sleepless Nights? Discover the Natural Power of Reflexology 🌙

Tossing and turning… racing thoughts… waking up more tired than when you went to bed? If that sounds familiar, you're not alone—and I want you to know there’s a gentle, natural way to support deeper, more restful sleep: Reflexology.

As a reflexologist, I’ve seen firsthand how this calming therapy can make a world of difference. Reflexology works by gently stimulating specific pressure points on the feet (or hands), which correspond to various parts of the body. It helps the nervous system unwind, eases tension, and restores balance from the inside out.

✨ Here’s how reflexology can support better sleep:
• Calms stress and anxiety—two of the biggest sleep disruptors
• Promotes deep relaxation by soothing the nervous system
• Encourages hormonal balance (including melatonin!)
• Improves circulation, helping your body naturally settle into rest

📚 And yes, the science backs it up! A review published in the Journal of Advanced Nursing found that reflexology significantly improved sleep quality.

Many of my clients share that they fall asleep faster, wake less during the night, and feel more refreshed in the morning—often after just a few sessions.

If your nights have been restless and your energy is running on empty, maybe it’s time to try something different. Your body is wise. It just needs the right kind of support.

💤 Ready to experience it for yourself?
Book your session today and take the first step toward truly restful sleep. You deserve it. 💚

📢 New study alert: The Effect of Massage and Foot Reflexology on Sleep in Newborns.
This study conducted in Turkey looked at 108 premature infants divided into three groups Massage group (n = 36), Foot reflexology group (n = 36), and Control group (n = 36). Foot reflexology was administered to the respective groups twice daily (Morning: 07:00-09:00 and Evening: 19:00-21:00) for 15 minutes each session over two consecutive days. Sleep duration in the foot reflexology group increased compared to pre-intervention (268 minutes).
The findings indicate that foot reflexology is an effective non-pharmacological methods for improving sleep duration and sleep efficiency while reducing wakefulness duration and the number of awakenings in premature infants.

Unlock Deep, Restful Sleep Naturally - with Reflexology

Are you tossing and turning at night? Struggling with racing thoughts or waking up feeling drained? You're not alone - and there's a natural, holistic solution that could help: Reflexology.

Reflexology is a gentle, therapeutic technique that targets pressure points in the feet or hands, each connected to different parts of the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology helps calm the nervous system, ease tension and restore balance from within.

How Reflexology Helps with Sleep:

- Reduces stress and anxiety - the top contributors to insomnia
- Encourages deep relaxation through calming nerve stimulation
- Promotes hormone balance, including melatonin production
- Improves circulation, helping your body reach a restful state faster

Many of my clients report falling asleep more easily, waking less during the night and feeling more refreshed in the morning, after just a few sessions.

If you're ready to stop being a night owl and start sleeping better, try reflexology. Your body - and your mind - will thank you.

I would like to share this insightful piece of writing from Mauricio Kruchik from the Reflexology Network

"Pleasure is not the opposite of medicine. Pleasure IS medicine.

This is not a poetic metaphor. It is a biological reality. When we experience pleasure, genuine, embodied pleasure, free of guilt or excess, our nervous system shifts. The parasympathetic branch activates. Vagal tone improves. Our brain releases dopamine, promoting motivation and reward. Oxytocin floods the bloodstream, enhancing trust and connection. Endorphins are released, creating natural analgesia and a sense of well-being. Even serotonin, the neurotransmitter associated with mood regulation, can increase in response to stimulation of the foot reflexes.

These aren’t abstract effects. They are measurable changes that support tissue repair, immune modulation, pain inhibition, and emotional resilience. Pleasure lowers cortisol, softens hypervigilance, and reminds the body that safety is possible again. In other words, it creates the internal conditions necessary for healing to take root.

And yet, our concept of healing remains dominated by control: target the symptom, apply the treatment, wait for the result. Within this paradigm, pleasure is seen as irrelevant, nice if it happens, but certainly not essential. But healing is not only a war to be won. Sometimes, it is a party in the body to be remembered."
