Our first Vitality Collective is drawing to a close and the transformations, relationships, growth, vulnerability and healing has been remarkable.

I cannot get over the bravery and radical ownership of the people who joined me for this first round.

With that being said, we’re revving up for round 2, and this time we’re looking to specialize.
