Welcome, my name is Pamela Nevdoff. My role is to hold space to meet you just as you are. My intention is to invite you into a comfortable space and to work with you on your goals at a pace that feels right to you. As a clinician, I work with the whole person in a eclectic way that utilizes different modalities depending on what's appropriate for you as an individual as everyone is different. We will work collaboratively to create goals which will help you build and practice skills that will enable you to build coping strategies and become proud of how you interact in the world and in relationships.

I am honored when I am chosen to help someone along their journey in life and I acknowledge that honor by treating people in a kind, respectful way while challenging personal growth.

I provide services for adults, youth, and children.

Just wanted to share a little reminder about the importance of holding space for ourselves.

In this fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos and forget to take a moment for self-care. I've come to realize that carving out time to listen to my own thoughts, feelings, and needs is a precious gift I can give myself.

Whether it's a quiet walk in nature, journaling my thoughts, or simply enjoying a cup of tea, these moments of solitude allow me to recharge and reconnect. Remember, you deserve the same love and attention you give to others.

So, let's make it a habit to hold space for ourselves – a place where we can be kind, patient, and understanding with our own hearts
