We are happy to announce that both and .rmt have now joined Dylan as Certified Emergency First Responders!
Part of Impact’s mission is to provide quality healthcare in clinic and in the sports field so we are happy to see the ladies step into obtaining this certification.
What is a Sports First Responder and what does it mean to the athletic community ⛑️?
• Universally recognized as the entry level emergency care provider within the EMS system.
• Certifies the sport medicine professional with a standardized level of emergency care as a “First Responder”.
• The First Responder integrates within the scope of their local EMS system, allowing better access, communication and collaboration during the preparation and ex*****on of emergency medical interventions in the environment of sport.
You may have seen the ladies working with the this past winter and Dylan has been working with the for the past 4 years. Having this certification allows for improved confidence to deal with emergent injuries in sport and provide a higher level of care for the athletes.
