Fitness has always been my thing.
But it’s also been my mirror—reflecting back the obstacles, blocks, and pattern loops I’ve had to face within myself. Every time I push through, I come out with a deeper understanding of who I am and what’s been holding me back.
Now, with my schooling behind me and my passion stronger than ever, I see how these two worlds—personal growth and fitness—can come together in a powerful way. I’m here to help others rewrite their stories, break through their own blocks, and step into their full potential.
