Check out vtwin motorcycle school in Vernon if you too want to wear a visy vest and ride in traffic... I watched them for two years dreaming of the day. Save the money, ask friends, message me if you want to find a way to make your fun dream true .. whatever it might be!

Can’t wait to share the new journey on two wheels and also I’ll be putting out some videos on how to deal with numb hands and head forward posture- these all hinder my biking. See you out there when it’s safe. Keep dreaming friends!

I hope this reaches you all ready and calm as solstice passes, days grow longer and the new year approaches.

In case you needed a reminder... take a big breath in, feel the space in your spine grow, as you exhale, feel your feet, grounded to the earth, drop your shoulders and raise your crown high towards the sky. Repeat as required.

We are filled with gratitude for the support these past weeks at Balance Clinic as i opened my doors to the public. Yesterday we had a waitlist but there still are a few spaces available tomorrow or next week if you need some relaxation and self care.
