Hi my name is Celena, I joined The Hot room yoga studio here in Vernon in 2023. The studio offered many different classes but I was really drawn to the yoga specifically the vinyasa flow style classes. My body and mind always just felt better as I walked out the door after class. Calm but also energized.
This feeling led me to want to learn more! So with the support of my family and workplace I committed to do my 200 hour YTT with the Yoga Science School. The knowledge I gained in that 200 hours about yoga and myself were truly life changing. I’ve always worked in the service business and love taking care of people. As I start to teach yoga here in our community, I’m looking forward to continue to learn and grow share my knowledge with my students. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice and am grateful for the opportunity to guide students as they begin or continue down the path in their yoga journey. Let’s practice together:).
