Hi my name is Celena, I joined The Hot room yoga studio here in Vernon in 2023. The studio offered many different classes but I was really drawn to the yoga specifically the vinyasa flow style classes. My body and mind always just felt better as I walked out the door after class. Calm but also energized.
This feeling led me to want to learn more! So with the support of my family and workplace I committed to do my 200 hour YTT with the Yoga Science School. The knowledge I gained in that 200 hours about yoga and myself were truly life changing. I’ve always worked in the service business and love taking care of people. As I start to teach yoga here in our community, I’m looking forward to continue to learn and grow share my knowledge with my students. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice and am grateful for the opportunity to guide students as they begin or continue down the path in their yoga journey. Let’s practice together:).

WE ALL KNOW HER , WE ALL LOVE HER!!! This place wouldn’t be possible without all her hard work and dedication throughout the years. All the staff is so grateful for everything she’s done, she always has a smile on her face teaching and the best playlists in class😉 (and knows how to kick everyones ass day after day) She is my inspiration and why I am now an instructor myself, I am so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and the woman you are.

✨NEW TEACHER ALERT✨ Hi! My names Jess! I have been coming to the hot room since Feb 2023, this is where my yoga journey started. Investing in this sacred beautiful practice is truly life changing. No better way to honour yourself, heal the body & mind and pour self love and care into yourself than on your Mat in that room. I was really drawn to yin yoga, I felt a deep inner peace and balance when I came to these classes the most. I took my yin yoga training with Jess at the yoga science school and it felt so right. I am currently enrolled in a holistic nutritionist program and pursuing my passion for food, food is medicine and has always been my love language. I am also a mom of two amazing children who drive me to be the best version of myself everyday.
