It doesn’t have to be hard.
A “simple” and “easy” adjustment to our lifestyle can make all the difference to our health.
But it can be hard to take the first step and make it stick. It only takes 21 days to make a habit stick… you got this!
I do the habit stack to make a habit stick. Haha that was fun to write;) Seriously though I take an already existing habit (hello coffee meet your new friend elderberry). That’s how I make it work — the elderberry syrup lives beside the coffee grinder which I use daily so I remember to take my elderberry daily.
