September will be open for online booking August 15th. Please note I will be taking the first week off returning September 8th.

Appointments will be limited for September as I am nursing a shoulder injury and hoping to get back to regular hours in October.

As healing progresses I will be sure to add more appointment times so please take advantage of our wait list and you will be notified if any of these appointments are added to my schedule.

Welp, I finally did it ✏️

A few years back I was searching online for some anatomy art to display in my clinic room. There were loads of options for fun, colourful and vibrant pieces which, if you know me, just isn’t my thing! Soooo I figured I’d try my hand at making my own pieces…

Thankfully, some of the artistic genes in the family got passed down and I was able to make something I actually liked.

Fast forward to the last few months and I figured maybe I’d be super brave and share what I have created for others to hopefully enjoy.

Sooooo HERE IT IS 🙈 a few of my favourites from the last few months I’ve digitized for my very own Etsy shop✨

Exciting update!!!
🤩 as of right now it’s looking like we will be coming back toward the end of May! The exact date isn’t 100% yet but I’ll keep you all updated as we figure out the details
We will be taking extra precautions when we re open and things will be running a little bit differently but I am so excited to see all of your faces again soon!!

With heavy hearts we have decided to temporarily close our doors due to the circumstances...
As of now we are closing until the 29th and will re assess from there.
Thank you all for the support during these stressful times. We are looking forward to seeing you all in the future!

Took a few minutes to treat my arms between appointments today and thought I’d show you all a little taste of what treatment with these instruments looks like!
I’ve been incorporating these instruments into almost every treatment so far and I’m so happy with the results! 🤩
Some fun facts for y’all 👇🏻
✨These instruments can be used in all stages of injury healing from day 1 to chronic injuries ✨They work great on ligament and tendon injuries - they add a dimension of treatment that is hard to match manually ✨They rapidly break down scar tissue and adhesions saving a lot of time on the table ✨It should be a comfortable addition to treatment!
⚡️They AREN’T designed to leave you bruised and felt beat up! 😱 This is a misconception and probably the number one question I’ve been asked so far -
“is it painful?” and “How much bruising will I be left with?”
Although some ocasional
minor bruising is normal, you shouldn’t be left black and blue!

Still can’t believe it’s MARCH already!
✨Couple updates for March and April! If you are needing to book after 5pm I’m booking 3-4 weeks in advance! Currently the next appointment for 5pm is March 31st 😮 so please make sure you are booking in advance if you need a specific day or time!
Also a heads up for APRIL - my hours will be changing up a bit when soft ball season starts!⚾️

Wednesday-Friday 8-3

Hands up! How many of you knew abdominal massage was a thing !? 🙋🏼‍♀️
Abdominal massage is a non invasive, surprisingly relaxing way of treating a variety of digestive issues! Most people don’t even know this is a treatment option!
When would you get an abdominal massage?
1. Treatment for constipation
2. Bloating
3. Improves digestive function
4. Helps alleviate mensural pains
5. Treatment of abdominal musculature! Your abs get muscle knots too and they can refer pain across your low and mid back! 😯

S H O U L D E R S! 💪🏼
Your Glenohumeral joint (shoulder) relies primarily on muscular attachments for support and can be easily Injured or aggravated for this reason
The muscles that surround your shoulder complex can refer pain down your arms, cause numbness/tingling headaches, restrict movement or just simply cause pain among many other things!
Some common issues we see day to day 👇🏻
🥶 Frozen shoulder, impingements, rotator cuff injuries, dislocations, nerve pain (numbness tingling), bursitis, tendonitis -The list goes on!
