Trauma-Informed Support for Mind, Body, and Spirit

Liz helps people struggling with deep unhappiness, relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma, and chronic pain. Together, we explore the roots of emotional and physical suffering and work to restore clarity, connection, and resilience. I use a body-based (somatic) approach, drawing from therapies like EMDR, Mind Body Attunement Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work. I also incorporate Gestalt techniques, clinical hypnosis, and breathwork tools that fit naturally into the rhythms of your day. My goal is to support emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and help you connect more genuinely with yourself and others.
