It's that time of year again folks. Time to start boosting our immune systems to keep us healthy with kids back to school.

Harvest time is a great time of year to start making our herbal remedies, take our vitamins, eat healthy food, exercise, get outside and get a good sleep.

Same protocols as usual for the clinic for when you're feeling sick. Please text me to lmk as soon as you can so that we can cancel your appointment and send it out to the cancelation list. You guys are great at this!!💛❤️🧡

So incredibly grateful that I got to run away for a few days to kayak and camp on the islands to recharge after working around the clock to get the new space up and running.

Can't believe I've been in the new space already for over a month!!

You know that you love what you do, where you work and have the BEST patients when you start to glow thinking about going back to work after a mini vacay! So grateful for overwhelmingly positive feedback on my new space and the incredible support for this girlie. All the feels. 🥰🥰🥰

EXCITING NEWS...Rayne is moving her Massage Therapy Business to a gorgeous new clinic!😍

It was just about 7 years ago that Rayne bought a Massage Therapy Business from an RMT moving out of BC. She has been thrilled and honoured to watch her business evolve and grow over the years.

She is moving to a clinic where there is a lovely group of RMT's working together independently and collaboratively. The new clinic aligns beautifully with how she envisions her business evolving over the coming years.

Important things to note:
*You can continue to book into her schedule through VAH clinic until June 1st, 2023 at which point her schedule (with all your pre-booked appointments) will be transferred over to her new clinic.

**New Clinic Start Date:
Monday June 5th, 2023.
