So we had a brainstorming session and for those who attended...THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your words of wisdom and suggestions

We would like to give those who were unable to attend the opportunity to have their say.

We are looking at our next season starting in September till June of 2026.

So here's some of the things we are looking at:

Changing names to be more inclusive for those living with all chronic conditions not just chronic pain issues

Do we keep the day and time or change these to something more convenient for those attending

Do we record the meetings and put on our YouTube channel so those who can't attend are still able to see the speakers

What kind of speakers would you like to see attend our meetings

Do we do an hour and half meeting but the speaker for 45 minutes and then social time after to get to know others and speak on said subject

Do we have 2 meetings, one for speakers and one for social

Do we have a daytime meeting and an evening meeting

Do we stay at the library or move to the People Place where it's more quiet and comfortable chairs

Chantelle Lozinski Fairbrother and Kari Graham Wutzke would love to hear ALL your thoughts and suggestions. This affects mostly the in-person meetings BUT was also thinking it could change our online presence of TLC Pain Management - Vernon too. So here's questions for online members

Possible name change

Daily Prompts from Admin from Gratitude, to Pacing to thoughts for today etc

More interactive with activities or little 10 day workshops or something like

If you or someone you know experiences persistant pain join us tomorrow, June 25 at 1pm at Okanagan Regional Library. It's our wrap up before summer so we will have refreshments and great conversation. Good opportunity to tell us what topics or which practitioners you would like to hear about in the fall.

A huge thank you to the Community Foundation North Okanagan and the many generous donors who contributed to the grants for the 50 grant recipients at last night's 50th Anniversary Grant Reception. We are honored to be awarded a grant that will be used to make our services and programs more accessible.

Come join us on Wednesday June 25th at the Vernon Public Library from 1:00-2:30 PM where we will be talking about new and exciting changes coming in the Fall of 2025.

We would LOVE to have your input on what you would like to see for TLC as we move forward.

This class is all about working within personal limitations or conditions you may have, in a safe encouraging environment. This group has been going for a few months and we’ve seen some great success!

Our Next TLC Pain Meeting will be Wednesday May 28th from 1:00-2:30 at the Vernon Public Library

We will be having Tina Berlin from the Dancing Tree Company come speak to us about how she can help with Music Therapy and showing us ways to manage our persistent pain and chronic health conditions.

Tina has dedicated her life to understanding the deeper levels of what it makes for a meaningful and desired life experience. Starting out in her early 20’s in the medical field she worked calibrating and repairing medical research equipment. This is where a new curiosity was born: “How do we change, so we can heal and live a vibrant full life?”

I am so excited to share with you the things that work for me. May they move you into the timeline of your highest and best version of yourself, full of love and the balance of Body, Mind and Sprit.
Using Science, Shamanistic Principles, Reiki, Tibetan Singing Bowl technology and good old fashioned heart to heart connection .
