The topic of flossing .... it often requires one to take the approach of a motivational speaker. In my opinion.

A great Monday! Thats the summary of today's public clinic day at Okanagan College.
There were smiles from patients, staff, volunteers and students.... all day long!
It was enjoyable to see members of the community support the Certified Dental Assisting Program with their attendance and contribution to the student's education.

Yesterday I had the privilege of continuing to develop 'Dental Confidence' with one of my favourite little people! We have been having 'chair rides' every 4 months for a year now and the confidence continues to blossom!

Besides the chair rides, we took some intra oral photos, scaled as required, polished, applied fluoride and picked prizes before calling it a day!
Every visit is different - an ebb and flow is expected of course - but the goal is to have fun so I would say this recent appointment was definitely successful!

If you have a little person OR are a big person that might benefit from building dental confidence in a low stress dental setting don't hesitate to reach out! We do that! Office Number: 250 241 4867
