Wondering if my program is right for you?
Here's what you need to know before taking the next step if you want to successfully eliminate your pain.
You must:
✅ Be ready to put in work, stay discipled and take accountability for where your currently at.
✅ Be willing to commit time to your healthy on a daily level
✅ Have access to a gym or be willing to invest in a basic home set up
✅ Managing your pain is priority #1
With these four things you can successfully make change to the chronic pain that is plaguing your life and keeping you from living on your own terms.
It is not for you if:
❌ You've suddenly become motivated for change, I know the type and you don't get results, you quit when the motivation runs out. You have to be ready to commit to the process
❌ You need an exciting program that's changing all the time and has the trendiest new exercises. While not always as exciting I prefer to give you what's effective and let the excitement come when you can start living life again because the pain is gone
❌ You never have time, we all have the same 24 hrs and have busy lives, the reality is it's just not a priority YET
