Meet Andy!

Our newest Registered Massage Therapist. After many years of practice in Vancouver, he’s excited to bring his expertise to Vernon. He’s passionate about helping people recover, restore, and get back to what they love with a special focus on concussion, whiplash, and injury rehab.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him snowboarding, camping, or hunting down the perfect gelato with his family and springer spaniel. 🍦🏂

🔹 Welcoming our newest RMT to the team, Andy McMillan 🔹

Andy joins us from Vancouver and provides evidence-based massage therapy with a focus on therapeutic outcomes, whether that’s reducing pain, supporting recovery from injury, or improving mobility.

His clinical approach integrates assessment, hands-on treatment, and client education to ensure each session is tailored to individual goals and long-term results.

MAMA + BABY LIFT Classes start up again this fall!!!

Selina is bringing back the classes due to demand and offering 2 rounds of classes at the following dates and times:
👼 Round 1: Wednesdays at 12:30pm-1:15pm starting Sept.17.25 until Oct.22.25
👼 Round 2: Wednesdays at 12:30pm-1:15pm starting Nov.05.25 until Dec.10.25

Please Note:
🌟Mamas at any level of exercise are free to join with their baby between 2 months-12 months postpartum. Workouts are modified to suit you!
💭 have any questions regarding classes and attendance? Worried you cannot attend all of them? Modified rates are avaliable if you cannot make all classes work!

Team Vernon Active Health hit the greens in Salmon Arm for the 2025 Tee Off for Heart Health charity golf tournament in support of the Shuswap Cardiac Society.

Despite the downpour, we’re grateful to be a part of a community that makes heart health a priority - no matter the weather. 🫀
