June 24th is my birthday and anniversary.
Last year we could not celebrate with the beautiful Lamb I bought due to working the fires and also being evacuated ourselfs.
So tonight was a celebration with Greek food.
Rack of Lamb marinated in red wine and herbs.
Was fantastic.

A special early dinner for my husband for his 65th birthday.
I made home made ceaser, garlic toast, shared a king crab leg steamed in lemon basil and shared a steak done in cast-iron and topped with burnt butter.
Happy early birthday.
His birthday in on the 11th.
