I am the founder of Internal Freedom, which is an alternative approach to counseling/coaching, combining Western Psychology with the Perennial Philosophy of Spirituality. I can help you become aware of and heal your core beliefs, which are at the root of stuckness, overwhelm, stress and suffering, related to issues such as: relationships, important life decisions, anxiety, physical issues, etc. With the Internal Freedom process, we are using teachings about how the body-mind works, discoveries, inquiry and stillness to help you shift your experience of struggle and never ending self-improvement. As a result, you may feel much more free, light and at ease with yourself. As we remove the 'clouds' you had been focusing on, the light of your true nature shines through with increasing strength. People's lives change from struggle to acceptance, peace, joy, freedom and abundance. The end goal of Internal Freedom is to help people awaken to the Light that they are and experience complete freedom from suffering and unconditional love for all.

Today I wrote on FB: ‘Dogs are the best people’. Why? Because dogs (all animals) don’t carry thought forward; they don’t hang on to something that’s not present any longer, which is everything except THIS NOW. That is the secret to happiness, health, love, peace.
Humans can do that too!
