Thank you to our staff and residents, for making it a very special Valentine's day!

We celebrated with a lovely lunch - Caprese Salad, followed by red wine braised short ribs, and potato pavé, finished with a 'melt-in-your-mouth' chocolate paté, served with a fresh raspberry coulis.

We topped our evening off with a performance by 'Sweet Adelaide's Choir'!
