I've shared this information before, but it can never be shared enough, it must be shared over and over, because it can save a life. It can save the life of a loved one, a friend, even a stranger. There's nothing scary about su***de despite what people may think - no need to fear that you might make a person more likely to follow through. Showing you care enough to try to help matters. You may not know all the right words to say, but your efforts will be appreciated. If you suspect someone is in need of help - don't wait for them to reach out to you, reach in and grab hold, you may save a life.
