Coleman Smith Chinese Medicine

Coleman Smith Chinese Medicine …Helping you heal the natural way... Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient method of healing which treats the whole person naturally.

From a young age, I suffered from many health problems, including scoliosis (an abnormal lateral curvature of the spine), migraines, asthma, and allergies. Disappointed with traditional treatment options (medications and surgery), I found Traditional Chinese Medicine... and it changed my life. This form of medicine, practiced for over 5,000 years, helped me overcome my pain and suffering and establish optimal health. Since then, I have been immersed in the study and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with people who have been on the same journey... disappointed with traditional medicine that has failed to provide permanent relief from their suffering. This form of medicine is multifaceted and comprehensive, designed to treat the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person to bring about powerful, long-term healing. Unlike Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western medicine treats symptoms with pharmaceutical interventions and invasive therapies (often with undesirable side effects). Symptoms may be addressed but true healing, or long-term wellness is not the result. As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine I use natural therapies (including acupuncture, herbal remedies, and recommended lifestyle changes) to treat the root cause of an illness. These holistic therapies activate (and support) the human body's innate healing mechanisms to achieve sustained health and wellness. This is achieved naturally and without the risk of unwanted side effects. Because every human being is unique, like their blueprint, each treatment plan is designed to address one's individual needs. Ultimately, it is my goal to guide each person, using treatment and education, along their journey to complete long-lasting health and wellness. Conditions I've Had Great Success Treating:

GEMINI SUPERMOON ✨THE LAST LUMINOUS BREATH OF 2025 ✨ DECEMBER 3, 2025

Dear friends, as we step into the final stretch of the year, tomorrow’s Super Full Moon in Gemini rises like a crystalline beacon, illuminating both the path behind us and the crossroads ahead. Gemini’s airy frequency makes this lunar moment highly mental, electric, and quickening. Because it’s a supermoon, its gravitational pull is stronger, amplifying not only the tides but also our inner currents of thought, intuition, and communication. This moon doesn’t whisper; it sparks—urging us to clear mental clutter, speak truths we’ve held back, and reconnect with curiosity as our guide.

Emotionally, Gemini’s dual nature stirs a dance between clarity and confusion, between the desire to express and the need to withdraw to process. This full moon acts as a mirror, showing us both versions of ourselves: the one who thinks, and the one who feels. Many will notice heightened mental energy—racing thoughts, a bubbling desire to connect, inspiration arriving in flashes. At the same time, deeper layers of the psyche surface revelations about what 2025 has truly taught us. The year’s final full moon invites integration: to listen, to articulate, and to understand our own internal narratives more fully.

Physically, sensitives may feel the shift through the Gemini-ruled areas of the body—lungs, respiratory system, nervous system, shoulders, and arms. Expect fluctuations in energy levels, from bursts of restlessness to the need for sudden, deep quiet. Tingling sensations, neck or shoulder tightness, vivid dreams, and sleep disruptions are common as the nervous system recalibrates under the heightened lunar light. Because Gemini is fast-moving air energy, breathing practices, grounding exercises, and conscious slowing-down help anchor the body during this mentally stimulating wave.

This final full moon is traditionally called the Cold Moon, Snow Moon, or Ice Moon, titles passed down from Indigenous and Northern cultures who observed nature’s cycles intimately. December’s full moon marks the period when winter tightens its grip, temperatures drop sharply, and the land becomes blanketed in frost. The “Cold Moon” reflects the season’s stark stillness; the “Snow Moon” references early winter snowfall in many regions; the “Ice Moon” speaks of frozen rivers, crystalline nights, and the Earth entering deep rest. These names remind us that nature’s external slowing mirrors our internal urge to pause and reflect.

Symbolically, the Cold Moon invites introspection and preparation. While Gemini stimulates mental movement, winter itself encourages a soft retreat—a moment to gather wisdom from the past year before stepping into the energetic doorway of the next. This creates a unique blend: mental expansion wrapped in emotional stillness, a cosmic pause wrapped in an active mind. It is a moon of revelation, connection, and clarity, yet also a moon of winter’s hush, urging us to honor both motion and rest.

If you feel guided, you may want to listen to the “Full Moon” activation in the 3D to 5D Activations Library this week. This transmission will attune your emotional energy fields to the full moon energies on the days before, during, and after the full moon event. It will assist you with the processing, release, and closure of emotional issues that may be preventing you from expressing your soul’s light into the world:

As the last full moon of the year, this Gemini Supermoon acts as a threshold keeper, closing one lunar cycle and preparing us for the fresh frequencies of the new year. It asks: What stories do you want to carry forward, and which ones must be rewritten or released? Under its bright, icy light, conversations become catalysts, ideas become seeds, and silence becomes a form of wisdom. This moon is a final cleansing exhale for 2025—a moment to breathe deeply, integrate fully, and open to the possibility of a clearer, lighter, and more aligned beginning. Have an amazing day, much love 💖

THE SERPENT SHEDS, THE HORSE AWAKENS ✨FROM INNER ALCHEMY TO EMBODIED MOMENTUM ✨ NOVEMBER 29, 2025

Dear friends, in these final weeks of the year, the energetic landscape feels like a threshold—one foot still inside the deep, coiled realms of the Snake Year, and the other already sensing the wild, forward-moving pulse of the Horse. The Snake has guided us through an inner alchemical cycle: dissolving old identities, purging outdated narratives, and confronting the patterns hidden beneath the surface. This was a year of detoxification at the soul level, where the unseen demanded our attention. Now, as we approach the Year of the Horse, that inner transformation begins shifting outward, seeking movement, expression, and embodiment.

The Snake teaches through stillness. It reveals through shedding. Throughout 2025, energetically sensitive people felt the pull to release layers of self that no longer resonated—emotional excess, heavy memories, dysfunctional habits. This deep shedding created space, even if it left some feeling suspended in limbo. But the Snake’s medicine is precise: it clears the energetic channels so the next phase of life—more dynamic, more embodied—can be lived without the drag of outdated energy. As the year closes, many are experiencing that final shedding wave: the last skins, the last attachments, the final echoes of what you no longer can carry into the next cycle.

The Horse enters with a completely different rhythm. Where the Snake coils inward, the Horse expands outward. It gallops into open space, seeking motion, adventure, and expression. The transition into the Horse Year marks a shift from introspective transformation to lived transformation: the moment when the work done in the shadows asks to be embodied in the light. The Horse encourages bold choices, forward movement, leadership, and the reclaiming of personal power. This new energy lifts the gaze from the ground and toward the horizon, igniting a renewed sense of direction and purpose.

As this shift unfolds, many will feel their life force rising again after months—or even years—of internal work. Inspiration returns. Creative flow reactivates. Decisions that once felt heavy now feel obvious. But with this activation comes an adjustment period: your DNA, your nervous system, and your emotional body are recalibrating from the Snake’s slow, dissolving frequency to the Horse’s fast, expansive one. This can feel like going from water to fire, from meditation to movement, from surrendering to initiating.

During this transition, physical symptoms may surface as the body attempts to catch up with the soul’s acceleration. You may experience fluctuations in energy levels, bursts of motivation followed by sudden exhaustion, heart-center sensations as the chest opens, digestive changes as the body processes the final layers of emotional residue, vivid dreams, neck and upper-back tension (the energetic shift from coiled to forward-moving), and sleep pattern irregularities. Some may feel restlessness, as if something is urging them to move—but the direction is not fully revealed yet. This is the Horse awakening within you, preparing your system for momentum.

If you feel guided, you may want to listen to the “2025 timeline activation” in the 3D to 5D Activations Library as we approach the end of this 9 / snake year for a final timeline adjustment and a deeper sense of release. This transmission will activate your cellular and emotional detoxification processes, and create a sense of renewed spiritual strength. These light codes will open up your consciousness to the new possibilities waiting for you in a higher 2026 timeline:

Ultimately, this transition from Snake to Horse is a movement from internal mastery to external manifestation. It is the shift from shadow work to soul work, from clearing to creating, from inner alchemy to embodied evolution. The Snake has thinned the veil between who you were and who you are becoming; the Horse invites you to step across that threshold with courage and clarity. These final weeks of the year are a sacred in-between, where your spirit begins rehearsing the movements of the future while your body gently releases the last remnants of the past. Embrace the transition—your next chapter is already gathering speed beneath your feet. We will most likely see higher solar activity as we move into the trinity energies of December. Have a wonderful day, and stay tuned for more updates. Much love 💖

Our Story

Like many of you who suffer from chronic conditions that Western medicine has failed to treat, I became frustrated and disheartened with a system that did not provide solutions for my sports injuries, back pain or migraines. As a young teen, the pain I experienced significantly hindered my life. Luckily, after being exposed to the potent healing qualities of acupuncture, acupressure and herbal medicine first hand, my journey to becoming a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner began.

Although I may be younger than the majority of practitioners in my field, I have spent the last decade pursuing a career as a fully licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Graduating from the prestigious Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences has given me the opportunity to provide true healing and the guidance my clients deserve. I am able to offer my proven methods of holistic healing to Vernon and area clients.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the interconnected nature of the human body and the special relationships that exist between the body's five organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney), twelve meridians, mind body & spirit. By understanding these relationships I can then diagnose the root cause of an illness or condition and then provide a long term solution that provides benefit to your life.

Of the many services available through Traditional Chinese Medicine, the natural therapies that are often used include: Acupuncture, Cupping, Lifestyle Coaching and Herbal Medicine. Because every human being is unique, like their blueprint, each treatment plan is designed to address one's individual needs. Ultimately, it is my goal to guide each person, using treatment and education, along their journey to complete long-lasting health and wellness.
