Bringing you cozy, festive, protein packed treats all December long… because balance, babe 🫶🏼

GINGERBREAD PROTEIN MUFFINS 🤎

Dry
• 120 g all-purpose flour
• 90 g vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for color)
• 1.5 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch salt

Wet
• 2 eggs
• 120 g Greek yogurt
• 80 g maple syrup
• 60 g melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 60 g molasses (non-negotiable for gingerbread flavor)
• 80 g white chocolate chips

Bake 350°F for 18–22 min.
Makes 12 muffins.

HIGH PROTEIN GINGERBREAD CHIA PUDDING 🤎

Ingredients
* 25 g chia seeds
* 60 ml almond milk (or any milk)
* 170 g plain greek yogurt
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 1/8 tsp cinnamon
* 5 g maple syrup
* 5 g molasses
* Pinch ground ginger
* Pinch ground cloves

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit in the fridge overnight or at least 3 hours! Top with Greek yogurt and cinnamon 😋

CRANBERRY ORANGE WHITE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUFFINS 🤍

Dry
• 140 g flour
• 90 g vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch salt

Wet
• 2 eggs
• 150 g Greek yogurt
• 80 g maple syrup
• 50 g melted butter
• Zest of 1–2 oranges
• Juice of 1 orange
• 1 tsp vanilla

Add-ins
• 100 g fresh or frozen cranberries (don’t thaw!)
• 40 g white chocolate chips (optional but amazing)

Mix all dry ingredients, add in wet & mix then fold in cranberries and chocolate chips

Bake 350°F 20–24 min
Makes 12

Per muffin:
10G protein | 20G carbs | 5G fat | 1G fiber
165 calories

Love keeping a batch in the fridge for a quick little grab and go snack!

INGREDIENTS
120g oat flour
70g vanilla protein powder
40g almond or cashew butter
140g Greek yogurt
5g h**p hearts
5g chia seeds
10g unsweetened coconut
40g maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
40g chocolate chips

Mix everything in one big bowl, let it chill in fridge for 20-30 min then roll into balls

MACROS (per ball — 16 balls)
6G protein | 9G carbs | 3.5G fat | 1G fiber
