Our online Vision Board Workshop is tomorrow evening!! You will need:
magazines or print outs
a sturdy backing - I use tag board that is approx. 10x12 but any size would work - cardboard is also good.
scissors
glue
any embellishments you have lying around the house.

Had a great time at last night's Vision Board workshop. Lot's of messages coming out - the canvas speaks clearly. This is my vision board - pretty clear that I need to be grounded and be around nature and beauty and take time for self-care. This was a strong message for all of us last night. I over came fear this Fall and signed up for a writing class. I am loving every minute of it. My teacher suggested we go back through past journals and look for inspiration. This is a reflection I wrote in 2017 based on what I would like my life to look like:

"I am at our cottage in PEI. I wake up to the ocean. I make my smoothie and walk along the beach with Steven and Leia. I come back and go to my office. I am coaching, inspiring and empowering other women to help them find their best self and heal their inner child through art and creativity."

I cannot believe I wrote that 4 years ago having no idea that I am now living that life. The power of putting your words out there.

There are still 2 spots available for our Vision Board evening. Join us as we set intentions, share a yummy pre-Hallowe'en treat, connect with like minded people and just have fun! There will also be a draw for a small token of appreciation for coming out and joining in.
Here's another Vision Board I did a couple of years ago - each time I find one I am amazed at how much has actually happened.
