Office employers often face the challenge of retaining skilled workers. The loss of employees due to repetitive strain injury and mental health issues is an ongoing problem. Post-pandemic stress has also been on the rise. Many employees have experienced difficulty adjusting between working-from-home to the hybrid model (or the mandatory full-time office requirement).

Consequently, Worksafe BC insurance claims and premiums have also increased.

At Engage Therapy, our clinicians offer comprehensive office ergonomic assessments both in-house and virtually to improve individual employee functioning within office settings, including those who work from home.

Group educational sessions are also available, focusing on recognizing early signs of musculoskeletal injuries, addressing common ergonomic issues, and preventing recurrent ergonomic issues.
