Hey 👋

I'm making an official notice for stepping away from my entrepreneurship in breathwork and men's work.

Just want to express here how much gratitude I have for all those amazing people who have supported this journey with me! 🤙

Breathwork has absolutely altered my life, the way I see and feel about myself, and how I interact with others from a more compassionate place that feels so aligned with my true beliefs, they just got covered up and mixed up for a while in my youth.

Huge appreciation for some incredible women that have been there with me along the way since the get go! Shout out to Kyla and Ocian! And of course the luminous and numinous Alyssa - she has done so much for me behind the scenes from making me a website to taking dope photos and massive emotional support throughout the it all!!!

Men's work has changed me and my life in ways that I didn't expect and could not have imagined.

From not having any male friends for a few years to now having so many amazing guys in my field that I even say "I love you" to and mean it is astounding. My relationship with my father continues to deepen and develop and improve all the time and I cherish that.

HUGE shout out to Manu Vitae, Reko Vitae, Ian Ian MacKenzie, Deus Fortune, Oahk Mounten, Tailer Frey, and Trevor Wyllthawk for being such vital influences here!!! 💪 These men have been unsuspecting mentors and incredible teachers by way of example in their authenticity and love for what they do in this world.

Many of whom are continuing to do great work offering their experience and knowledge to others, so if you want some men's work I suggest reaching out to see what they've got going on.

Some words from our previous Men's Breathwork event:

"I attended this event for the first time. I had no idea about the somatic breathwork technique which was the main part. It was so powerful and mind-blowing method to release the suppressed energies and emotions stuck in my body for a long time since my childhood. It was challenging but I committed to doing the work fully. For those of you who are curious about this glorious event, I absolutely recommend you to experience the supportive and compassionate guidance from Wesley & Oaks who are excellent facilitators. During the breathwork, I enjoyed amazing music from the masterfully curated playlist for each theme and all kinds of musical instruments played by Wesley & Oaks. I was so touched by the welcoming, supportive and safe space for me to share my vulnerable and authentic self without the fear of being judged. I dare you to feel the unconditional love from this brotherhood. It's well worth it!"

This is a great clip from a chat about emotional regulation and resilience - something that I advocate for and is certainly a key element to the themes I work with in men's work and breathwork alike.

Tolerance for the wide spectrum of emotions also ties into mindfulness practices, that have many roots but are essential in the charging and discharging of the system that occurs in conscious connected breathwork.

This is a great alignment to see today about the theme for our next event called The Stoic, as I am learning more about what the philosophy and its modern interpretations can help us with as a format for focusing on and training ourselves in ways that add up to enhanced emotional regulation.
