Hi! I've been teaching somatics for the past 10 years (and yoga for 20!) and am offering a fall session of classes starting this Saturday Sept 20 @ 9 - 10:15am in the beautiful Sanctuary of the Unitarian Church (across from the Red Barn on W Saanich)

Here's a description of the class:
Are you ready to release long-held tension, improve posture and move without pain? Clinical Somatics is a gentle, scientifically grounded method that works directly with your nervous system to retrain muscular patterns and restore ease in movement, eliminate pain and stiffness and improve posture. Other practices such as qi gong, yoga breathing and meditation are also brought in to every class. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience from beginner to athlete. Cost is $126 for 7 classes. Linda Shore has added a couple of classes in June. Gentle Yoga Fusion will meet June 4 - 25.

Marian Postnikoff has changed the start time of her class from 11:00 am to 10:30 am. Gentle Somatic Yoga with Marian will meet 10:30 to 11:45 am May 29 - June 26.
