✨ 6 Bowen-Inspired Tips to Help Your Body Feel Better Today ✨
These simple practices may seem small—but they work in harmony with how your body is designed to heal. Try them and feel the shift:

💧 1. Drink more water – Your fascia (connective tissue) loves hydration. It keeps you supple and responsive to movement.
🌬️ 2. Take 3 deep belly breaths – Calm your nervous system in under a minute.
💫 3. Roll your shoulders back 10 times – Ease upper body tension and improve posture.
🛏️ 4. Lie flat for 10 minutes – Give your spine a gravity break and let your body reset.
🌀 5. Slowly turn your head side to side – Gently release neck and nervous system tension.
😌 6. Rest your tongue on the roof of your mouth – It relaxes your jaw and even your shoulders.

I attended a course in 2024 for IOS (Importance of Symmetry) Here are additional notes on the case study:

The treatment was fairly simple - after completing the Lower and Upper Back Procedures, I had her turn supine so I could assess and treat her neck.  I could feel that her scalenes were extremely tight as were the tissues around her jaw, especially on the left side.  I released the scalene muscles and the pterygoid/temporalis area and then I finished the treatment by releasing her adductors.

Although I was optimistic that I might be able to help her, I was mindful of the very limited window of opportunity, so I treated her three times over the 6 days (each treatment was very similar to the initial treatment) before her family returned to their home 2 1/2 hours away.


Two weeks later I spoke with her parents.  They were over the moon. They said the changes that they had seen in Shelly were the single biggest step forward they had experienced, ever.  Other than one very small seizure after the last visit, she had had no seizures at all since the treatments. Moreover, they were astounded by the fact that she started walking normally.  Her stoop has gone, and she has begun to talk a lot more and is using more words.


I followed up with them again on multiple occasions over the last three months and they continue to report consistent improvement in Shelly’s condition.  The most recent feedback from her mother reads, “Shelly has been doing very well and is a lot better.  She is standing tall, and her limp has gone and she has begun to use full sentences at home.  She has had a couple of very minor seizures in last couple weeks so we will come back again at Easter”.

It was amazing to see her without seizures for 100 days!



I utilize these techniques, and incorporate them when I help you and assess your health issues.
