Reflexology therapies are natural therapeutic methods derived from this study, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map neurologically to other parts, glands, and organs.

This is turning out to be my busiest summer doing reflexology yet! Much gratitude for all my clients so far 🙏
I've added a few more time slots to hopefully help accommodate a few more people through the summer.
I will be away for the second week of August
My September schedule will open up soon but if you want to see me before the summer ends please book something for yourself in advance and definitely get on my waitlist as last minute cancellations do happen!

It's National Reflexology Day!
Since March 2022 I've been an RCRT (registered Canadian reflexology therapist)

I've committed to growing over the years to offer facial, foot, and hot stone reflexology and will continue that committed in the years ahead.
I'm so grateful for the clients I've had the privilege to work with and be a part of their wellness journeys 🙏❤️

Thank you Lisa for letting me know about the fifth memorial walk in honour of Andre Courtemanche

" Andre's family has created the Andre Courtemanche Green Ribbon Scholarship – a $1,000 grant for students who have experienced mental health issues in their first or second year of college or university. The money raised at this year’s memorial walk will go towards supporting mental health causes, including the scholarship program"

I'm truly amazed with the parents of Andre (Denise and Glenn) who have put this walk together to help break the stigma around mental health

Look what we've been cookin' up!
It's back! Sam and I are hosting a yogassage!
For those that don't know, we used to host these events fairly regularly before the pandemic. It's exciting to feel ready to offer these again ❤️

Join us Saturday March 1st for 90 mins of deep relaxation. You'll be led through a restful restorative yoga class, with therapeutic touch, reflexology, and reiki while you rest in each shape. At the end you'll be guided through a yoga nidra practice. You'll leave this experience feeling well rested and refreshed.

We're excited to be offering this
Studio in Esquimalt. I've personally been going there for years. It's a beautiful, cozy little studio. You'll love it!

New schedule alert!!
Thanks for your patience as I've been working with my schedule for a while now and making little adjustments here and there!!
September has been a huge transition for my family as we have a kindergartner this year!! Exciting, but exhausting haha 😂
I'm grateful that I can arrange my schedule in a way that allows me to be there for my son at drop off and pick up, but it's taken a little trial and error seeing what actually works! And I'm trying my best to keep some evening time slots to accommodate my clients schedules!

In order for me to show up ready to go for my clients each day I'm at the clinic this is the schedule that I think will work for the foreseeable future
That being said if you are having a hard time finding a time that works for you, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can work together to try and find something for you!
If you have any questions about my schedule please reach out 😊 online booking should be up to date very soon to reflect this new schedule (most of it is correct, just a couple more tweaks needed 😋)
