Welcome Catherine to the clinic! Catherine is a Vodder Certified lymphatic massage therapist with a passion for post-op care, face-focused massage and helping people manage chronic conditions.

Originally from Stirling, Ontario, Catherine brings a wealth of knowledge and worldly experience. Her massage story began with a 2 week course in Thailand which gave her the confidence and inspiration to train as an RMT in Vernon. Catherine has also been a teacher of massage in Guatemala, worked abroad in Australia and massaged travellers walking the El Camino trail! ⛰️ 🌲🪷🌿

Her training covers the fundamentals – Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, connective
tissue work, lymph drainage and therapeutic stretching - therapeutic
treatments when you just need to unwind and let your nervous system reset.
