We are open with new protocols

Since we are facing an ongoing global corona virus pandemic, almost all populations, nations, and industries are negatively affected. This is a truly challenging moment for all of us. For the last 2 years, we have enjoyed providing quality care and patient-centered treatment. Many patients feel some degree of concerns coming in due to the ongoing situation. Yet, neglecting or postponing your dental/denture care will not only give you discomfort and pain, but will likely result in long-term stress in your oral health.

To maximize our patients’ safety and comfort, the following new protocols have been implemented:

* Only 1 patient is taken in the office each time
* All common surfaces are cleaned by applying medical grade disinfectant before and after your appointment
* All instruments are individually sealed and mechanically autoclaved in order to avoid cross contamination
* Pre-screening of COVID-19 before your appointment
* Clear divider has been placed between the reception desk and waiting room
* Masks to be worn inside of our facility
* Everyone must perform hand hygiene upon arrival
* All patients must call our office to schedule an appointment, no walk-ins are available

We are carefully monitoring and following guidelines published by the College of Denturists of B.C., BC Centre of Disease Control, and governing bodies. The reopening plan was set and applied in stages to keep our patients and our communities safe.

It was great opportunity for me to provide good quality dentures for my patients who are mom and son tag team. Son got his dentures first then recommended for his mom to renew her dentures.

Both of them said exactly same phrase in different appointment "Age is just a number and anytime life can be improved as long as we change ourselves." I cannot agree more.

Life can be enhanced by knowing what you are really looking for. In other words, if you try hitting everything every single time, you would miss majority of targets. Let's stay improving your life one step at time.

When Masato was in Grade 3, he started helping fabricating dentures in his dad's dental laboratory. Since then his curiosity to create objects by hands has been non-stoppable. The dentures in the picture were simply fabricated when he was age 27. Guess how many dentures he has created before and after.
He believes Designed Quality Control in his office is mandate!! Providing personalized dentures is very complicate process. Yet, on the other way to say, we simply need to put patient's requests and needs into consideration.

Lower complete dentue can be created with SUCTION.
Having a suction on the lower complete denture is NOT the final solution but we believe it is a better feature to have if you are suffering from ill-fit dentures.

We create individually customized dentues by considering following three (3) factors.
1, Comfort (minimum space/gap between dentures and soft tissue)
2, Function (maximum chewing effectiveness)
3, aesthetic (modify dentue teeth to create personalized look)

Sterilization Bay DENTURE Clinic - all clinical tools are sterilized for providing safe and clean procedures. The autoclave machine sanitizes instruments with high heat (134℃) under high pressure to eliminate possible bacteria and pathogen.
All instruments are individually packed in a sealed package to avoid cross-contamination and ready to use for each patient.
